The US Mint figured it out! First, it was the American Silver Eagle (Walking Liberty) and the American Gold Eagle (St Gaudens). Then the American Gold Buffalo (Buffalo Nickle). In commemorating the Peace Dollar and the Morgan Dollar, it was just one time! But, they decided it was going to stay! And we are fortunate!
They are beautiful coins!
