From Phone Screen to Whiteboard: Breathing Life into a Graphic Design

I woke up on the other side of my bed this morning, and I was so tired and weak. After my devotion, I took my phone and tried to check out my activities for the day before going online to see what the world has in stock today. Immediately after I took my phone, I saw a notification of a building that was designed by a graphic designer, and I loved it so much that I decided to do a drawing of it to ease myself.

Immediately, I took out a whiteboard book and my pencils to draw. The images that were designed consist of bungalow buildings built in an open space that happens not to be too developed but has a source of electricity.

The buildings are fenced, which is not too high but shows the trees that are behind the fence. And it looks like this building is a stand-alone building that does not have any other apartments around it. The building has three windows for proper ventilation and a single door for entry and exit.

The building has a walkway marked out for walking and also has floored ground inside the building. This building also has an excavator, which allows the flow of heat or smoke into the atmosphere to avoid congestion in the building. It has electric current connected to the house from the main outer terminal on the road. And there are also some birds flying in the sky.

Well, I might not be a perfect artist yet, but when I see things I love, I try as much as possible to do them in my own way so that I can be better and also learn. This feels so good to do because it has lightened up my mood and brightened my day. After all the drawings, I took my pencil to create a shade to make the lines and the edges of the drawing come out so well and also to shade the necessary parts, like these pebbles along the walkway and the floor.

Final Result

I am sure I have used this drawing to boost someone's mood this morning, and I hope to do better in my next drawing or probably create a new design for my friends and my bosses here to see. Thanks for checking this out, and enjoy your day.
