This topic came as and it to me while I was wondering about the economy and the financial state of this country as regarding the entrepreneur. What will the situation of the country be like when the financial status of the country is in balanced this will surely affect enterprise because people won't be able to get money from their businesses and also buyers will be able to buy because they won't be money for them..

There are lots of challenges which an entrepreneur face especially on an enterprise. This challenge is sometimes last for a longer time and sometimes last for a few period depending on how it's managed. Before you will be able to set up an enterprise you will surely face one or two challenges which is very certain but the way you handle them will determine how it will last.

To overcome these challenges, you need some things to be done to achieve success in the line of business.. These things are determination, been zealous, having a strong determination that success will come and so on.. There are some certain challenges which entrepreneur face and how it can be solve to create a better solution to an enterprise.

1. Building a work team;
   An adage says, a tree does not make a forest and also a forest was not built in a day, it take a while lot of time to gather this things together.. Thinking about these things, you will agree with me that there is nothing one can doing while you are a lone wolf, there is no way one can be alone an expect to get a positive reply from whatever you do.. When you mingle with people to do things, you will realise that you get to the designated place without much pressure..
   Working together with people of the same like minds will make you able to grow your business within due time..

2. Have a time management skill;
   In whatever we do, we should Always ensure that we know how to manage our time and also be able to schedule a time for other activities. It is said as an adage that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Between every busy schedule we have as an entrepreneur we should always make time to always have a work balance and also be able to have time for other activities so that we won't get carried away with work.

3. Having the confidence that things will work;
   As an entrepreneur, it is normal that we get carried away with business emotions sometimes but having the mindset that things will work out fine for us is what should always be on our mind.. Sometimes when our business are not going in the way we want, we get worried about what's wrong and we tend to devise a possible way out. All this should not give us a set back in our business but instead, it should boost us to do more and have the positive energy that we will win no matter what happens..

In conclusion, all these challenges are part of what makes us who we are as an entrepreneur. Challenges are bound to happen no matter how smart we can be. The way we see each challenges, will determine our growth towards achieving a great height in what ever we do, Embrace challenges..

Este tema se me ocurrió mientras me preguntaba sobre la economía y el estado financiero de este país en cuanto al emprendedor. ¿Cómo será la situación del país cuando el estado financiero del país esté equilibrado? Esto seguramente afectará a las empresas porque las personas no podrán obtener dinero de sus negocios y también los compradores podrán comprar porque no lo harán. ser dinero para ellos ..

Hay muchos desafíos a los que se enfrenta un emprendedor, especialmente en una empresa. Este desafío a veces dura más tiempo y, a veces, dura algunos períodos, dependiendo de cómo se gestione. Antes de que pueda establecer una empresa, seguramente enfrentará uno o dos desafíos, lo cual es muy seguro, pero la forma en que los maneje determinará cuánto durará.

Para superar estos desafíos, necesita hacer algunas cosas para lograr el éxito en la línea de negocios. Estas cosas son determinación, ser celoso, tener una fuerte determinación de que el éxito vendrá, etc. cara y cómo se puede resolver para crear una mejor solución para una empresa.

1. Formar un equipo de trabajo;
   Un adagio dice que un árbol no hace un bosque y tampoco un bosque se construye en un día, se necesita mucho tiempo para juntar estas cosas. Pensando en estas cosas, estarás de acuerdo conmigo en que no hay nada. puedes hacer mientras eres un lobo solitario, no hay manera de que uno pueda estar solo y esperar obtener una respuesta positiva de cualquier cosa que hagas. Cuando te mezcles con la gente para hacer cosas, te darás cuenta de que llegas al lugar designado. sin mucha presion..
   Trabajar junto con personas de mentes similares le permitirá hacer crecer su negocio a su debido tiempo.

2. Tener una habilidad de gestión del tiempo;
   En cualquier cosa que hagamos, siempre debemos asegurarnos de saber cómo administrar nuestro tiempo y también poder programar un tiempo para otras actividades. Se dice como un adagio que todo trabajo y nada de juego hacen de Jack un niño aburrido. Entre cada apretada agenda que tenemos como emprendedores siempre debemos sacar tiempo para tener siempre un balance laboral y también poder tener tiempo para otras actividades para no dejarnos llevar por el trabajo.

3. Tener la confianza de que las cosas funcionarán;
   Como emprendedor, es normal que a veces nos dejemos llevar por las emociones de los negocios, pero tener la mentalidad de que las cosas saldrán bien para nosotros es lo que siempre debe estar en nuestra mente. A veces, cuando nuestro negocio no va como queremos , nos preocupamos por lo que está mal y tendemos a idear una posible salida. Todo esto no debería darnos un revés en nuestro negocio, sino que debería impulsarnos a hacer más y tener la energía positiva de que ganaremos sin importar lo que pase.

En conclusión, todos estos desafíos son parte de lo que nos hace quienes somos como emprendedores. Los desafíos seguramente sucederán sin importar cuán inteligentes podamos ser. La forma en que veamos cada desafío determinará nuestro crecimiento para lograr una gran altura en lo que sea que hagamos, aceptar los desafíos.
