The beauty of one of the wonders of the world - Hoi An ancient town
Hi Hiver, the new year has passed for a few days, I am always happy because I am close to my family in the first days of the year. On the 2nd day of the Lunar New Year, my family organized a walk around Hoi An ancient town. We started going from home to Hoi An old town. The vehicle we choose to go is a motorbike. At 6 p.m, we reached the old town.
On holidays, Hoi An is the place that attracts the most people. This place is famous for lanterns and ancient houses. The simple dishes featured by the Quang people also make people happy. I started walking around the old town to enjoy the beauty in the evening here.
Interesting place to attract people
I meet travelers from all over the world on my road. The tourists will usually rent a bicycle to go around the old town. Some people will walk along the riverside area watching the boats and drop lanterns into the river or some will sit and drink water or eat something in the restaurant. Everyone was delighted to be able to see the incredible beauty of one of the wonders of the world.
The activities take place here
In the evening there are many activities held in the old town. The activity that people participate in the most is sitting on the boat, walking on the river. Tickets to participate are very cheap, only 1 to 2 dollars. The next activity that people want to experience is releasing lanterns in the river. The lights will be bought from vendors on the road and visitors will choose the right location to drop them into the river. And remember before you release, you have to make a wish and hope that wish come true.
During Tet, there are a few other activities that take place here. The local government has built a lantern house near the river. Colorful lanterns will come together to create a beautiful home. Visitors are eager to see this beauty. Everyone races to take photos and selfies at this new location.
