Monomad - On my cheek is Indonesia

DSC_0766.jpg

During the independence day celebration, we put red and white stickers that are identical to the colors of the Indonesian flag. Drumband troops and children wearing traditional clothes also put the stickers on their cheeks. Our uniformity further emphasizes that commemorating the independence day is an extraordinary euphoria. We seem to be fighting with the heroes when defending this country from the enemy of colonialism. How patriotic the fighters were in the past that they were able to gain independence and gain recognition from the whole world. The independence day celebration is held every August 17th. On my cheek is Indonesia. Independence!!! The photos in this post are my answer to the daily challenge #monomad.

The cohesiveness of the children who are members of the drum band using traditional clothes to commemorate Independence Day is very good, I like that there is something special by sticking the Indonesian flag logo on their cheeks.
