Raw sprats made by hot butter method will be liked by almost everyone.

How are you, Good evening to all my dear friends.I hope all my dear friends are very healthy and happy. So, after a few days, I will share a very delicious dish with my dear friends. I actually made this for the first time. Although I made it in a different way before, I made this for the first time and it was very tasty.This is raw sprats made with hot butter method. Very tasty. So let's quickly see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 250g of raw sprats
  • Two teaspoons of cornflour
  • Two teaspoons of pepper powder
  • One and half teaspoons of salt powder
  • One and half teaspoons of chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric paste
  • A tablespoon of crushed ginger
  • One and half tablespoons of crushed
    garlic
  • An egg
  • A medium sized onion cut into rounds
  • Cut three dried chili pods lengthwise

  • Two teaspoons of soya sauce
  • Two teaspoons of tomato sauce
  • A teaspoon of sugar
  • A teaspoon of chilli paste
  • A few curry leaves
  • Two tablespoons of butter
  • 100ml of oil
  • 100g of onion leaves cut into inch pieces

The method of making;

Put the well-washed raw sprats in a bowl and add turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt powder to it.

Add the chili powder and crushed garlic and stir well and keep it 30 minutes a side.

Now add 1 tablespoon of cornflour and 1 tablespoon of egg mixture to it.

Now put a pan on the stove and add oil to it and heat the oil well then reduce the flame and fry these raw sprats for about five to six minutes until golden.

Now heat another pan and add 2 tbsp of butter to it and then add dry chillies.

Add curry leaves.

Now reduce the flame and add the crushed ginger and the remaining crushed garlic and mixed it.

Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and the remaining teaspoon of pepper powder.

Add the big onions cut into circles and fry a little.

Add chilli paste.

Add the fried raw sprats and after that add the chopped onion leaves.Then remove from the stove.

In my country, I often eat raw sprats after making curry.It's a curry as usual for us. But today I made this raw sprats made with hot butter method, which most of the people like very much. There is nothing smell about this. Even children eat these raw sprats very deliciously with this method.

This looks delicious! We don't have sprats in my city as far as I know, but sardines are quite inexpensive and popular around here because y hometown is near the sea. Personally, I'm a huge fan of dishes like this with fried fish and fresh veggies 😋 Really nice recipe, @templeflower 💗
