Let's taste the milky and crunchy carrots mixed with winged beans tempura.

How are you,Good night to all my dear friends. I believe that all my dear friends must have spent today very happily. I have come up with another very delicious recipe from the art that I love to show my friends. That is the carrot mixed winged bean tempura. A very nutritious dish. Perfect for vegetarians. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 100g of winged bean
- 100g of carrot
- Two cloves of garlic
- A few cinnamon barks
- A piece of pandan leaves
- Curry leaves
- Three pods of green chillies
- One and half tablespoons of chilli
pieces - Half teaspoon of turmeric paste (you can
use turmeric powder) - Half teaspoon of curry powder
- Two tablespoons of oil
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A normal size large onion
The method is making;
Cut the well washed and cleaned winged bean into small pieces.
Cut the large onion into small pieces, the garlic into slices, the pandan leaves into very small pieces, and the green chillies lengthwise.
Cut the washed and cleaned carrots into very thin long strips.
Now take a pan and add oil to it. After that add turmeric and cumin powder and turn on the stove on very low flame.
Add cinnamon sticks and garlic cloves and saute on low flame for about a minute.
Addd chopped onion and green chillies.
Mix little bit and then add curry leaves with pandan leaves.
Now add the chopped winged beans and stir for a few minutes on very low flame. Pay attention to its color.
Add the sliced carrot and after that add the salt powder as well.
Fry for about thirty seconds and at the end add the chilli pieces and fry. After that, reduce the flame for about two minutes and remove from the stove.
Personally, this is a tempura that I love. Because it is very cryspy. It tastes like milk. Winged beans is so tasty, when you add carrots to it, its taste is even more. So I like it very much. I believe it is very tasty for vegetarians. And it is a very healthy food. This is a nutritious dish especially for children. Dear friends who believe, if you get these ingredients, try it.
