So today I have brought you very delicious food from my beloved art. Very nutritious. And vegetarianism is a more important . That's bean and mushroom curry.So let's see how to make this delicious bean and mushroom curry and what you need for it.

Ingredients;

  • 100g of beans
  • 50g of mushrooms
  • A tablespoon of oil
  • A teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
  • Half teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder

  • Two cloves of garlic
  • A piece of pandan leave
  • A few curry leaves
  • A piece of tomato
  • A piece of oinon
  • A piece of cinnamon
  • Half cup of thick coconut milk

The method of making;

Beans should be cleaned thoroughly.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Wash the mushrooms well and squeeze out the water.

Cut the washed and cleaned beans into small pieces.

Now wash and clean the big onion and cut the garlic into long pieces.

Cut the tomatoes and pandan leaves into small pieces.

Now heat a suitable pan to make the curry and add oil to it. When the oil heats up, add the fenugreek seeds.

Then add cinnamon and garlic.

Now reduce the flame and add curry leaves, pandan leaves and chopped onions and saute for about two minutes.

Now add mushroom pieces. Then add the bean pieces.

Stir-fry all this on low flame for about four minutes.

After about four minutes add turmeric powder andcurry powder.

Then add chilli powder and pepper powder to it.

Now add salt powder and stir it all well again.

Now add condensed coconut milk.

Then add the chopped tomato pieces and cook all this on medium flame for about six to seven minutes and remove from the stove.
