Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you,Wishing you all a good afternoon dear friends. I am back today with a very delicious recipe that my dear friends love.That is the egg tempura mixed with Hummingbird flowers. A very tasty tempura indeed. Even if there are no other curries with rice, you can eat it with this tempura.So, let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- About thirty Hummingbird flowers
- Two and half tablespoons of oil
- An egg
- A teaspoon of curry powder
- Two tablespoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of salt
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Two chopped garlic
- Curry leaves
- Pandan leaves
- About ten small red onions, chopped
- A teaspoon of curry powder
- Two tablespoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
The method of making;
Wash and clean only the petals of Hummingbird flowers.
Peel off the green parts and the insides.
Now heat a pan and add oil to it and when the oil heats add chopped garlic.
Add chopped onions, curry leaves and pandan leaves and reduce the heat on the stove and leave it for two to three minutes.
Then add Hummingbird flower petals.
Keep it like this for about a minute and then add chilli flakes, turmeric powder, curry powder and salt.
Stir well.
At the end reduce the heat and add an egg.
Stir well for two to three minutes and remove from heat.
It doesn't take much time to make this delicious kathurmurunga flower mixed egg tempura. And the required ingredients are very less. But here the taste is very high.Anything made with kathurumurunga flowers is delicious. It is very tasty whether it is a curry or a tempura.
