Let's make "Ring Murukku" which is a wonderful dish for a bite at a party.

How are you, Good afternoon my dear friends. Today I brought another recipe to show you. kids will definitely love this. That is the "Ring Murukku".Really delicious. And it's a bit spicy. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- A cup of wheat flour
- A tablespoon of chilli powder
- 200ml of water
- Salt to taste
- 200ml of oil
- Half teaspoon of baking powder
The method of making;
Heat a pan and add water to it.
When the water is bubbling and boiling, add salt, chili powder and baking powder.
Mix well.
Now slowly add the flour and stir.Remove from heat.
Place on a tray and knead well.
Cut into equal parts and thin one part into a thread.Make a finger size circle at one end of the string.
These are finger sized circles.
Now deep fry both sides for two minutes.
After frying everything for the first time, fry it for the second time on low flame for about three minutes.
Now add 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder and one teaspoon of chili powder to the fried ring murukku and stir it.
Ring murukku is a wonderful bite-sized dish. It is definitely made for parties or festivals. Although this food is spicy, even small children love to eat it. Easy to make. There are only a few ingredients needed.Give it a try if you get the chance my dear friend.
