Let's make delicious Ambarella Chutney that can be started as a self-employment and can be eaten for a long time.

So today I have come up with another very delicious recipe of the delicious art that I love to share with you. This is really sweet and a very tasty dish that can be eaten for a long time. Ambarella chutney. I hope you all will love it. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 600g of Ambarella
  • 250g of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • One and half teaspoons of chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • Few cinnamon barks
  • Ten cloves
  • Six pods of cardamom
  • A tablespoon of chopped ginger

The method of making;

Remove the peel from the Ambarella and cut them into medium size pieces and wash them well.

Crush these pieces of Ambarella a little.

Add 1/2 cup of water.

Fry and crush the cardamom and cloves.

Now put a clay pot, and add a table spoons of sugar and boil it until golden.

Now add 1/4 cup of water and add balance of sugar.

After sugar is well melted, add the crushed Ambarella.

Add cinnamon barks and chopped ginger.

Now add salt powder,pepper powder and chilli powder.

Then add crushed cloves and cardamom.

Stir all these well and keep the flame on very low level and cook this ambarella chutney for 12 to 15 minutes.

This abarella chutney prepared as a curry with a sweet and very tasty taste can be consumed for a long time, like three months. This is known as a food that can be eaten for a long time. It is especially made during many festivals. Otherwise, it is prepared and kept so that it can be consumed during a long trip. I think it is very delicious, especially in my country, this ambarella chutney is definitely made with yellow rice.

Thank you my dr, Ambarella chutney is one of my favorite dishes. Because most of the time we can keep it and eat it. As a housewife like us, when we make three or four dishes everyday, it is really convenient to have something like this as an extra.
