Let's make chocolate cream biscuits at home that children often ask for and eat with passion.

I hope that tomorrow you will get the same success as today, otherwise you will definitely get everything that you wish for tomorrow.The food I am going to show you today is a sweet dish that we all know and can make. That is the chocolate cream biscuit. The food that small children often eat with gusto. Today I will show you chocolate biscuits that you can make at home and give to children instead of eating from the store. So let's see how I made the recipe we all know.
Ingredients;
- 120g of buuter
- 210g of wheat flour
- 75g of icing sugar
- A teaspoon of vaniila
- A teaspoon of baking powder
- Three tablespoons of coco powder
- Three tablespoons of milk
For icing mixture.
- Six tablespoons of icing sugar
- A tablespoon of coco powder
- Half tablespoon of butter
The method of making;
First add butter to the bowl. This butter should be in normal melt state.
Then add 75g of icing sugar and stir these two well.
Now we add cocoa powder and baking powder in another bowl and sift it.
Add this flour mixture to the butter mixture.
Mix it all up a bit.
Now add the vanilla teaspoon and milk little by little and stir this mixture well. The important thing to remember is to add milk little by little. Because if everything is collected at once, the terms here may change.
Keep this mixture aside for ten minutes.
**Now to make biscuits, this mixture should be thinned, for that first put an oil paper on the tray.
Now place the ball of chocolate flour and press it lightly with your hands.
Keeping another oil paper on top of the ball of flour, let's flatten this flour mixture well.
Now remove the oil paper on top.
Now you can cut the chocolate biscuit shapes as per your choice. I chose rectangular shaped chocolate biscuits for that. So I cut it that way.
**Now you need to bake these chocolate biscuit shapes. For that, we keep an oil paper on the tray of the oven and bake this shaped piece.
I used another form of chocolate biscuits to work on the look. I used a tube for that. So when you make a little holes in this way, the shape of the biscuits is more visible.For that, let's bake this for another ten minutes in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for ten minutes.
Meanwhile, let's make the icing mixture for the center of the chocolate biscuits.
For that, add half a tablespoon of cocoa powder to 6 tablespoons of icing sugar and add butter to it and mix well. This should be a thick mixture.
Baked biscuits.
Spread icing in the center of one biscuit and put another biscuit on top of it to taste.**
