Let's make a turkey berry moju with a beautiful color, very tasty appearance, and high nutritional quality.

How are you, As always, I wish my dear friends a good afternoon. I believe that all my friends are very happy and healthy. So today I bring you very nutritious food. This is about a way to prepare nutritious food in a different way. That is Turkeyberry Moju. Very tasty. And looks beautiful. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250g of Turkey berries
- A tablespoon of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of chilli sauce
- A teaspoon of soya sauce
- Two tablespoons of coconut oil
- Two teaspoons of chili pieces
- A teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A cup of water
- A big onion
- A ripe tomato
- A capsicum pod
The method of making;
First of all, remove the stem of the turkey berries.
Now put water in a pot. Then cut one by one to half of these turkey berries. Once cut, put the water together. Because then the astringent colours of turkey berries will be lost.
Now wash and clean the capsicum cut into slices, cut the tomato into squares and cut the big onion into big pieces.
Now strain and remove the water from the Turkeyberry put in the water.
Now add turmeric powder and half teaspoon of salt powder and stir well.
Now add one tablespoon of coconut oil to the pan. On high heat, first add chopped onions to it. After that add capsicum and fry for about thirty seconds. After that add tomatoes. Stir everything again for about a minute and remove from the heat.
All the oil that was put in the previous pan is now gone. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the pan again. After that, fry the turkey berries on high heat for about three minutes.
After fried everything.
After everything is fried, turn off the stove. Now in the same pan add one tablespoon of tomato sauce, one teaspoon of soya sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder and salt powder.
Now turn on the stove, reduce the flame and stir fry. After that add the chilli pieces and fry for about two minutes.
Now add the previously fried turkey berries, fish chili, tomato and big onion to this mixture and stir and remove from the heat.
Very tasty and I really like this Turkeyberry moju because it doesn't change color. Therefore, it is a very tasty dish with a beautiful color for the eyes. I think this is different but really interesting. It's a dish that everyone likes. And it is especially suitable for meat-free vegetarians. And very nutritious, high quality food.
