Ingredients;

  • 300g of potatoes

  • A cup of melted coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of condensed coconut milk
  • Two curry leaves
  • Pandan leaves
  • A few sticks of cinnamon
  • Chopped half b onion
  • Two chopped green chilli pods
  • Half teaspoon of salt powder
  • Half teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard powder

The method of making;

Wash the peeled removed potatoes well and cut them into pieces.

put a pan and add the chopped potato pieces, then add half a teaspoon of salt powder and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.Add a cup of water and boil the potatoes for ten to fifteen minutes on medium heat.

Separate about 5 pieces from the boiled potatoes and mash them well.

Now heat another pan and add one cup of melted coconut milk and 1/4 cup of condensed coconut milk to it.

Add chopped onion, cinnamon and green chillies.

Add mustard powder, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder and curry powder.

Stir well and add pandan leaves.

Boil coconut milk and add 2 curry leaves.

Now add the boiled potato pieces.

If you like, add some tomato pieces and cook again for two to three minutes on low flame.

Finally, add the mashed potatoes and stir well again and remove from the heat.
