Let's make a delicious cuttlefish devil for family food as well as entertaining guests.

How are you, I believe that this is a time when all dear friends are very well and very happy. December comes close to Christmas. So it is not surprising that we are all very happy.I have come up with another delicious recipe of my favorite art to share with you. That is the cuttlefish devil. This is actually a very easy dish to make. And I think that this is a dish that everyone in the family likes very much. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250 grams of cuttlefish, washed well and
cut into pieces - A capsicum cut into squares
- The average size of a ripe tomato cut
into squares is one - One large onion cut into squares
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- One and half teaspoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- One and half teaspoons of oil
- A teaspoon of tamarind juice
- A tablespoon of chopped garlic
- A tablespoon of chopped ginger
- A teaspoon of sugar
- A tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Two teaspoons of soya sauce
The method of making;
First, to make the sauce mixture,
Add sugar to a bowl. Then add tomato
sauce. Add one teaspoon of tamarind juice
and a teaspoon of chilli powder to it and
add salt. After that stir everything
well.
Now place a pan on medium heat and add oil to it. When the oil heats up, add chopped garlic and ginger.
Mix like this for a minute and add the prepared sauce mixture.
Stir fry like this on low flame for about a minute.
Add cuttlefish.
Cook like this on low flame for about 5 minutes.
Add soya sauce.
Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum.
Now add chopped b onions.
Finally add the chilli pieces and turn off the stove. Stir well and keep it on the stove for about a minute and remove it from the stove.
This cuttlefish devil is very tasty. If these added ingredients are too spicy for you, you can add as much as you want according to taste. And I think this is another good recipe for friends who like to eat cuttlefish. You can add this to a banquet even for the upcoming festival.
