How are you,Good night to all my dear friends. I believe that you must have spent today very happily, fun and successfully. A few busy days are what I stand for. With New Year's Eve. So, in the midst of all this, I have taken a different recipe of the art that I love. It is a very popular dish in the neighboring country than in its my country. it is called 'Samosa'. I thought I would share with you how to make it. Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Two large onions
- A handful of curry leaves
- About 5 green chilli pods
- In one of the ripe tomatoes
- Two tablespoons of chili flakes
- One tablespoon of chili powder
- Salt as needed
- 200ml of coconut oil
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Average size boiled and mashed is three potatoes
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Two tablespoons of oil
- 250g of plain flour
- 130ml of warm water
The method of making;
First add flour to the bowl. After that, add a teaspoon of salt powder to it and then add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil..
Now add water little by little and make a regular thick ball.
Now cover it with a cloth and keep it for about twenty minutes.
Now let's make the vegetable mixture required for the filling.
For that, wash and clean the big onions, green chillies and curry leaves and cut them into very small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Now put a pan on the stove and add two table spoons of oil to it, keeping the flame on the stove at a medium level, first add the chopped onions.
Then add chopped tomatoes.
Now add half teaspoon of turmeric powder and a teaspoon of salt powder to it and stir well.
Fry like this for about a minute and then add chopped curry leaves and green chillies.
Now add chilli powder and stir fry.
Now reduce the flame in the stove and add the chilli pieces and then fry.
Finally, add the boiled and mashed potatoes and remove from the heat.
Now let's make the batter required to make the samosa.
Take the flour mixture kept aside for twenty minutes and knead well for about two minutes.
Now make it like a roll and cut it into six equal parts.
Make six dough balls out of it.
Take one ball of dough and thin it into an oval shape.
Now cut it in half right in the middle.
Fold one side inward as shown in the image.
Apply a drop of water on the folded edge.
Gather those fresh edges well so that they don't fall off.
Now add 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture to this batter.
Fold it well as shown in the picture.
Now add oil to a pan and heat the oil well. After the oil is hot, reduce the flame and fry the prepared samosha for four to five minutes until golden.
Not only for breakfast, but as a snack, I think it's good for dinner as well. However, this samosa is a very popular and delicious dish made in my neighboring country.So this samosha is very delicious and I think it will be a dish that everyone in the family likes equally.I invite all of you who love to make different types of food from different countries to try this delicious snack.
