AN EXPERIENCE WITH MY U.S BASED CLIENT
As my everyday routine always goes; waking up from bed after my morning devotion, I prepare my breakfast that I always take along to work and then get dressed for the day and head towards my place of work. This day was a mixture of good and bad one for me. You will get to know why I said that as you read through this post. Back to my place of work, if you could remember in My Introductory Post where I mentioned that I’m a hairstylist, I work in a hair salon as an intrepreneur as I am yet to have my own salon. I work and I get paid at the end of the month.
My boss is a guy and a student like me, but he was fortunate enough to have what he could call his own. That’s not why I’m writing this anyways. Lol! At the salon that morning, we had a client already to braid her hair and we were rendering our services to her, myself and my colleagues, just then my boss entered and said to me that I will be going for home service and I agreed since that was not my first time of going for home service and I started parking. I picked the attachments to be used and took all the necessary tools I will be needing over there.
I checked my time and realized that time has gone and it will be very late before I got back home due to the style I was going there to make so I was left with no choice than to ask him allow me go with two of my colleagues for the work to be much easier and faster. We set out and the journey begins. We took bike in order to beat traffic and get there earlier, but then, on our way, the bike ran out of fuel but fortunately and unfortunately, it was at a filling station side and we got there but they are out of fuel. Part of the things happening in Nigeria. A filling station running out of fuel?! Hahaha... the bike man manages to get it to another filling station, it was at this point a slight accident occurred, that we had to rush down from the bike as my heart raced and I concluded that I won’t be going for the service anymore. Funny right? Yeah! I don’t want to die now. Lol...
I called my boss and relay to him what just happened and ask that he should call the woman to tell her that we will come the following day as I thought that was a bad sign for us to embark on that journey. Unfortunately, she wants the hair done that day because she will be going out the next day. My boss said we should board cab this time. Meanwhile, the time keeps ticking and I couldn’t stop checking and calculating the loads of work we were going there to do. The journey was a slow and steady one as we moved and landed safely.
We got there around past 5pm and we are to start with washing but unfortunately, she hasn’t finish loosing her hair. Oh! I forgot to tell you that the hair was not what we envisaged before leaving, it was a very full, long and beautiful natural hair. I love it though. We loosed the hair and I had to twist into like six sections for it to be easier to wash. I washed and we air dry as our hand drier was too high for their generator.
I said my U.S client right? Yeah! The woman is not a Nigerian and the first issue we had was her accent, we had to strain our ear before we could deduce what she was saying. She couldn’t understand our language also, it was funny to us and we made a joke out of it, she was a loving and nice person actually. I sensed that they just came back from the States for an occasion and they will be leaving in a couple of days. Family members were tropping in to say hello and spend some time with them. Ohh... her husband is a Nigerian and a nice man too.
She is a nursing mother that needs to tend to her daughter once she needs her attention, we had to stop working once her baby starts crying and needed to attend to her. I guessed our weather was hot for the girl, I asked her and I was right. Even though, we were tired and hungry, still we were happy and just laughing, the atmosphere was lively and we had to crack a joke out of something. Also, we met a ‘special child’(children that requires special attention) there and she made the place lively as well. Though, I felt sorry for her at first but I realized that we need to look beyond that and get used to her. I’ll talk more on that some other time.
The braids were moving fast, she was loving her hair and she commended us of our service. She asked if we needed anything to drink and we answered in the positive as we were so hungry and thirsty and as you know, it is the inner strength that we need for the outer one. They brought drinks for us and she later had to call her husband to get us snacks on his way back home. She’s such a nice person and I forgot to say... she says “Thank you” at every opportunity she gets.
It was so late in the night before we finished up as I have deduced and my boss has come to pick us up. He waited till we finished and gave kudos to us for a job well done. He bought us snacks and drinks to take as well and when we were leaving, the woman paid our fee and still gave the three of us extra fund. She said “my hair is so nice (in her oyinbo voice) lolz... She asked of our IG handle while we were getting the hair done and promised to snap and tag us after taking pictures, she checked through our page and her expression after shows that she loved our services truly.
We left to our various houses as my boss dropped us off one after the other. I got home past 11pm tired and exhausted. I enjoyed the day though, because it’s been long I laughed so hard like I did and it really helps boost my mood as I have been so down for some weeks now.
It was such a great experience! Thank you for reading through🙏🏽
Watch out for the human traffickers at hivefest. You wont know it until its too late. STAY AWAY! Beware, traffickers can be women or men! They will act nice until they dont. There is human trafficking going on around this type of crypto. I have witnessed it. They literally have attempted my murder and are trying to kill me with V2K and RNM. Five years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism ..... https://ecency.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem if you run into one of them you may want to immediately shoot them in the face. 187, annihilate, asphyxiate, assassinate, behead, bleed, bludgeon, boil, bomb, bone, burn, bury, butcher, cap, casket, choke, chop, club, crucify, crush, curb, decapitate, decimate, deflesh, demolish, destroy, devein, disembowel, dismember, drown, electrocute, eliminate, end, euthanize, eviscerate, execute, explode, exterminate, extinguish, finish, fry, grind, guillotine, gut, hack, hang, hit, ice, implode, incinerate, kill, liquidate, lynch, massacre, maul, microwave, mutilate, neutralize, obliterate, off, pop, poison, punnish, quarter, ruin, shank, shock, shoot, shred, skin, slay, slaughter, smoke, smother, snipe, snuff, squish, stab, strangle, stone, suffocate, suicide, SWAT, swing, terminate, torture, terrorize, whack, waste, wreck. You said you felt sorry for her, but was expecting why you felt so?
Also, it would have been great if you have shared pictures of the event.. it helps improve the quality of your post.
Try to make an attractive cover photo as well. You can do that using canva app.
Yeahh. And I actually thought you, @temmyttee, were going to get into why you felt sorry later in the story when you said this;
This is plus to catching the eyes of viewers, @temmyttee.

I will definitely work on all that you pointed out @olujay thanks for looking out for me as well. I appreciate!😁
We're all here for one another.
Yeah... I’m sorry about that. Probably, I felt I will talk more on it when I talk about the ‘special children’ in another post. I felt sorry for her because of her condition. She wasn’t as bright and agile as other children.
You are right! but I couldn’t because of the condition of my phone that and I was the only one with a big phone out the trios. Unfortunately, my phone still couldn’t have make me take pictures. I’m sorry about that.
Ok boss! I will try and work on that. My phone is still an issue I’m having, I remember you’ve talked to me about it before🤦🏽♀️
Thanks for calling my attention to all that and engaging sir @starstrings01
Despite the communication barrier, you guys still found ways to have fun; that's so nice.
And you all went through so much just to deliver a wonderful service. Bike man no get fuel. Filling sef no get fuel. 🤦
Although it was a risk being there, it was worth every moment. Kudos to you guys for a job well done. 👍
Interesting story!
Yeah! we just had to do what we had to do😁 just so the place will be lively and our will move steadily.
That’s Nigeria for you! Oops... it’s indeed a “wonderful service”. Thanks so much for your nice engagement @olujay
I don't even want to imagine the awkwardness that could have been. 😁

Cheers!
