My Dream city// LOH community contest #116

If I were to take a trip to a new destination this year, I would choose to visit the city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf, Dubai is a city known for its luxury shopping, modern architecture, and rich cultural history. My aunt who visited the city on a business trip came home with lots of stories about the city, leaving me in awe and expanding my dreams of wanting to visit this amazing city of gold(so I call it).

One of the first things I would do in Dubai is visit the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Standing at over 828 meters tall, the Burj Khalifa offers stunning views of the city from its observation deck. I would also love to ski at the indoor ski resort, as it is a unique experience that is not available in many other places.

In addition to these modern attractions, I would also want to explore some of Dubai's cultural landmarks. The Jumeirah Mosque is a beautiful example of Islamic architecture, and the Dubai Museum provides a fascinating look at the city's history and culture.

Of course, no trip to Dubai would be complete without experiencing a desert safari. This adventure allows visitors to explore the beauty of the desert, ride camels, and enjoy a traditional barbecue dinner under the stars.

Dubai is home to a number of beautiful beaches, such as Jumeirah Beach and Kite Beach. These beaches offer a variety of water sports, such as jet skiing and parasailing, as well as opportunities to relax in the sun.

The city is also known for its dining scene, with a range of international cuisines available. In particular, Dubai is home to many excellent seafood restaurants, as well as traditional Emirati dishes such as shawarma and falafel.

Dubai has a thriving nightlife, with a range of bars, clubs, and lounges to choose from. The city is also home to a number of live music venues and theaters, offering a range of entertainment options.

For those interested in outdoor activities like myself, Dubai is home to several large parks, such as Mushrif Park and Zabeel Park. These parks offer a variety of recreational activities, including bike rentals, picnics, and playgrounds for children.

The city is also home to several large theme parks, such as Motiongate Dubai and Legoland Dubai. These theme parks offer a range of rides and attractions for visitors of all ages.

My love for this city made me do a deep research when I was in my early teens and I have lots of information about it at my fingertips🥵.

Finally, I would spend some time at the Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping mall, and indulge in some retail therapy. With over 1,200 stores, it is the perfect place to find souvenirs and gifts for friends and family back home.

Overall, Dubai is a city that has something for everyone, from adrenaline-pumping activities to cultural and historical experiences. I would have an unforgettable time exploring all that it has to offer.
