Do you believe in ghost stories? Read this one

For the first time after three years in school my friend asked me to accompany her to hall six and I accepted even though my heart lost its symmetrical beat due to my hasty decision.

Hall six is the most eerie hostel in the whole of the university and there's been lots of rumors about the place that keeps scaring the hell out of students. Each time I walk past this enclosed space, there's this dark aura I feel that surrounds it. Hawks are always hovering around and the look of the hostel from the gate is frightening.

My friend had been given a space there and she needed to check out if it was good enough to be sold out because according to her, she could never bring herself to spend nights in such an eerie dungeon as we call it.

One of the numerous news that shocked me the most about the hostel is the one room that has been locked for years now and kept out of bounds from students or cleaners.

Peeping from the little crack in the room's window, one can notice the scattered luggages in the room. It is said that the student who occupied that room, went out one evening and never returned.

No parent or guardian has come looking for the girl, nor have they come to claim her properties till this day. It is also said that there are always ghostly noises coming from the room every midnight and things moving in the room.

I was warned not to take pictures of any of the rooms but I secretly did anyways and they looked really scary.

The hostel is the oldest hostel in the university, it's as old as the university itself. Funny enough, the building has only been renovated once since its existence.

The toilet is nothing to write home about. Some students who live in the hostel said that at midnight, they usually encounter ghosts hence 99.9 percent of students in that hostel avoid the toilet area the moment it's almost twelve midnight.

Many ghost stories surrounding this hostel have been flying around and in my opinion, when there are more than five witnesses to a particular thing, it's no more classified as rumor but fact.

The photos shared are just the few I could take of the place. Many students who have been given spaces in this hostel mostly sell it out to freshers who have no idea of the situation of the place while some are rooted in spirituality and know how to ward off evil spirits so they stay put instead of buying another hostel space that's hall six.

After my little tour around this place, I left with goosebumps and a serious headache. Anyways, that's all about this eerie hostel space.
