More Food Galore With My Bestie... <3

After my Wednesday walk last week, I met up with my bestie since we planned to hangout. We didn't have any specific things in mind, but we just decided to hang around at the mall and see from there. We ended up going to the Ocean Park nearby, but that topic is for another post.

For now, I'm going to share the stuff we ate that day... <3


As I mentioned in my previous post, she has this list of foods that she wants to eat while in the Philippines, so we decided to tick more of those. This time, we were able to tick some cravings from some fast food chains like Dimsum Break and her all-time favorite, Jollibee.

We met up at around 10AM that day. I went to her house, so we could go together. She intentionally didn't have her breakfast that time, so she could have some Dimsum Break first. haha

As for me, I was quite hungry and sleepy since I went for a jog earlier that morning, so I was in need of coffee and the usual bread for breakfast. I ate at home. However, I know that we're going to have a late lunch that day, so I ordered some barbecue fries from Potato Corner as well.

I got more than enough calories to burn before lunch time. haha I wanted to get Trio, though... so I could get not only barbecue flavor, but also cheese and sour cream... well, my tongue was looking for something a bit spicy, so yeah... this is such a comfort food for me.

After her breakfast, she asked me to get some coffee with her. But actually, she doesn't like coffee... well, she can have a bit as long as it's sweet maybe with milk, sugar, etc. hahaha

We ended up going to Cinnabon since it was the nearest. She ordered some "Mochalatta" while I had some iced americano. <3

I made her taste the iced americano and her reaction was priceless!!! hahah I remember the last time we had breakfast together at home. Mama made her the same coffee I usually drink and my bestie whispered, "Do you have sugar?" haha Can't blame her, though. Even my parents don't like my coffee because it's bitter... but it's really satisfying for me. <3


Once we were both energized with the coffee and the food earlier, we headed to the Ocean Park. I took a lot of photos, so look forward to checking them out.

Fast forward to lunch time...

As expected, we had a late lunch. Perhaps it was around 2PM when we did, but I didn't really feel that hungry. And of course, we went to her favorite, Jollibee! This day happened on her last day of vacation since she's going to the airport the next day... and it's her first time having Jollibee on this particular vacation that I had to document it. lol

I also like Jollibee's spicy chicken, but it's not my favorite. Instead, I went for their Aloha burger. Every time I crave for some burger, I always go with it.

Look at that burger-eating monster!!! hahaha

It was so delicious. After lunch, my bestie bought something for us as an early Christmas gift and we're very happy with it. You'll get to know about it in my future posts. haha

We went home after this since she had some stuff to take care of as well.. and as for me, I had to re-arrange my shelves because she gave me lots of her old book collections! :)
