Inazuma Eleven and Inazuma Eleven Go!!! --- still some of my faves! <3

It's Kodomo no Hi in Japan today, so I decided to share one of my posts for the second category of this month's quest.

It's kind of a prejudice to say that anime is just for kids. I've been told by some of the people around me to "grow up", but what they didn't know is that... anime is ALSO for kids. Not all them are suitable for the young ones, though. haha

Anyway, what I want to share this time is a fantasy-type soccer anime which I really enjoyed watching and I'm willing to watch everything again. It's called INAZUMA ELEVEN.

Inazuma Eleven revolves around the life of a talented goalkeeper named Endo Mamoru. He's the grandson of one of the best goalkeepers in Japan. Unfortunately though, his grandpa died before he was even born. However, he has always looked up to his grandpa and aims to be just like him.

It's never easy for Endo, though. Raimon Middle School's Inazuma Eleven (his school's soccer team) is in the verge of being disbanded. So, with a positive mind, he tried to gather players to revive the legendary Inazuma Eleven.

This anime has 127 episodes, but each one of them is so exciting and fun to watch. The anime is made for kids, but it's also pretty enjoyable for adults to watch. I rewatched this a couple years back with my mom and she really enjoyed it as well.

Actually, this anime also has a Nintendo game which they often advertise in between the anime or in some special episodes.

In addition, it also has some trading cards for fans to trade and play with aside from the game software. I'd actually love to collect some of them if possible.

The characters in the series are all so adorable and have their own interesting characteristics. And the effects when they're playing are also pretty exciting to watch. I love how they're able to incorporate interesting and powerful moves while still keeping the rules of soccer (well, somehow.. haha).

Watching the short clip above made me want to rewatch the whole series. I miss Endo and the gang... Also, there are some sequels to this anime which is called Inazuma Eleven Go , Inazuma Eleven Go: Chrono Stone and Inazuma Eleven Go: Galaxy. They have around 140 episodes in total... and yes, I've watched each of them at least twice already.

In these sequels, there are a new batch of Raimon students who are aiming to be part of Inazuma Eleven... Endo and some other characters from the prequel are also in the series, but this time... as adults. It's just so fun to see the original team trying to train and help the new one.

In Inazuma Eleven Go, there is one character that I got really obsessed with. He's just the cutest that I painted him on my bedroom door. Check it out below...

It's NISHIZONO SHINSUKE!!! He's such a cute baby... He's very optimistic and such a ball of energy. I just smile every time I see him. Despite his small stature, he's a really diligent and amazing defender. He even played as a goalie in one of the sequels. Ahhhh~ I feel like a proud parent. hahah

I should really rewatch them soon. I miss my babies!!! haha

And ohh... the series also have really fun and catchy opening and ending songs. They're so lively to listen to... I even saved them on my Spotify favorites. Let me share one of them...

Here's another one. This time it's from Inazuma Eleven Go. Ahhhh... ok... I'm killing the replay button. haha I have to stop. xDDD

If I had watched this as a child, I would have been very interested in playing soccer... and imagine I have all those interesting power and moves.

They're not only fun and exciting, though. There are also mysteries to solve and drama to go through. I must say, it's an all-rounder! If you have a lot of time (they're more than 250 episodes in total), feel free to check them out. I'm certainly going to rewatch them soon.

Thanks for checking this post out! Have a great one! (^^,)/

I was saving it for the Quest part of anime for the younger ones, I was really surprised to see it here, since it's not very popular, and it's one of my favorite anime ever!!! It means a lot to me for so many reasons, I'll cover all of that in my post. so glad to meet another fan of this amazing series, very nice your post! ❤️ 😄

It's indeed quite rare to see one... even among my otaku friends, it's rare to find someone who watched it. Yaaaaay!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I decided to do the second part yesterday since the actual "Kodomo no Hi" celebration was yesterday. haha
