But before we dive into the details, I'd like to share with you some opinions and thoughts on recent musical happenings that are making waves in the music world. And in my personal case they have caught my attention. Without further ado, let's get started.

Dear friends, today I have some interesting news for you. I'm telling you that the singer Clairo just released her third album, called Charm, this was just last July 12th. Literally a few days ago. As I have been able to see, this new material marks an interesting turn in her career, as it shows, in my opinion, a more mature side and a sound that delves into soft rock.

I'm telling you that Charm is the result of a collaboration with Leon Michels, known for his work with The Dap-Kings and El Michels Affair. It is also known that the recording took place live in New York. I have personally been able to notice that with this album, she moves away a bit from her roots in bedroom pop that made her famous with her viral song Pretty Girl in 2017.

Now let's talk a little about the content of the album itself. You should know that the album opens with Nomad, a song that puts us right into this work. In my opinion, I think it was very appropriate to use it to start the album. On the other hand, one of the singles, Sexy to Someone, is already giving something to talk about because fans have liked it a lot, and on the other hand, it also has its mixed critics. You know, the usual stuff. Not everyone is going to like the same music, obviously. I would also like to add that the songs vary in energy or genre, whatever you want to call it. For example: pop in Sofia and Juna with a place closer to rock.

Another thing that can be highlighted here is the production of the album, I tell you that this was in charge of Michels, it is characterized by being analog and by having arrangements that include the organ, one of my favorite instruments. Of course, I must say that some might consider that there is a certain monotony in the sound, it is evident that the singer was looking for a more retro aesthetic.

Finally, I'll tell you that this album also paves the way for their next presentation at Corona Capital 2024 in Mexico. It's a possible concert tour.

Buying new cards in Rising Star

Friends, it's time for my favorite section of the day, I'm referring to this one in which I'm going to tell you about my latest acquisitions in our beloved Rising Star Game. I'll tell you that today I bought a total of 3 new cards. My goal with them is to grow my fan base to reach the goal of 14k of my own fans. Of which, by the way, I'm very close. Well, without further ado, I'll tell you all the details.

The first card I bought is called R267 Michaela. This card, as you can see, belongs to the people category, in the people section. This card is very interesting because it gives you 100 fans. And if I buy some more it can make a significant difference. By the way, I can't forget to mention that this card also gives you 75 skill points which are also very good for helping with ego. On the other hand, it gives you about 3 luck points and 2 IM points.

I was able to purchase the card on the in-game market for just 9262 Starbits, which isn’t bad considering the prices. I reiterate that I think it’s an excellent buy. The custom phrase on this card is: “Michaela won’t fail ‘ya she can’t sing but she’s a hell of a wailer”:

The second card of the day is called: 118 Tyrone. It is a common card that gives me a total of 10 fans. In the case of the skill there is a difference because it does not give any points, just like IM or luck. But as I have said on other occasions this is normal in common cards. The card is very good to buy in several lots.

The price of this card cost me about 1010 Starbits. I later realized that the previous one was a better option, because it costs less in the long run. It is still excellent as well. The phrase on this menu is: “Discovered in an asian restaurant by a river in france”.

Finally, I'm going to show you the last card I bought today. I'm talking about the card: 116 Jock. This card, like the previous one, is common. I bought it because it was the cheapest one I found. The price was very interesting because it only cost me about 906 starbits, which is the cheapest one of the day. Its use is more practical if you want to increase fans or skill at the same time. It gives you 5 fans and 5 skill points. The personalized phrase on the card is: “Jock has arrived. Strap yourselves in”.
