Would You Pay For Something You're Not Getting?

Well Hello There Horsepower Lovers!!

This Is Really Far Fetched!

I can't in my right mind believe that anyone would sell something like this and not feel any shame about it! I am starting to think that we might be the only place left in town that actually knows what the heck we are doing!

Simply unbelievable that some bloaks out there call them self techies but they are far from it... in fact very far from anything!

Gave it a nice clean before throwing it on the table! They even fitted it in a state of concern! at this point it is already cleaned off!

Instant WTF!

I'm not even going to lie about this! THIS IS WTF! The moment the oil sump pan dropped away I noticed something was missing... A lot of things actually! This was mind blowing!

This guy bought this from some place to fit as is as a replacement for the transmission that broke down on him! No wonder the car didn't run at all when it came in!

We had the weirdest error codes!

At the very least they filled it up with the right oil! That never happens! NEVER! And it's clean oil! WHACK!!!

The Most Worrying!

They didn't even add the K2-Clutch control solenoid! They just banged it on there like that! Hectic! I think it would actually have moved if they just added this even though nothing would have gotten power it might have still been able to build up some oil pressure and actually do something!

To think all the money he already spent just to be told he bought one hell of a problem!

Dang guys at-least the speed sensor is fitted and plugged in! Now that is something I would have assumed that they might have forgotten!! Nahp it's even plugged in! Laughs! Plug is partly broken but it is there!

Some Good Out Of This!

At-least some good for me! (oh and for the client... the rest of the transmission does look like it's still fine! Better than fine actually, looks brand new!

The good for me out of this job? "Well practice makes for the perfect situations right!? That's what struck me! I removed the clutch without accidentally removing the wrong circlip and having the entire stack jump out!

At-least I learned! Oh she's beautifull isn't she?

I Opened It Differently!

At-least I think so? Can't really remember all that clearly! BUT it sure did feel like I opened it up in a different manner! I did have a easier time with it to say the least! Cracking open these casing can sometimes be a frustrating experience! You got to make sure you've removed everything that needs to be removed before just pulling everything out there!

Luckily I only have to be concerned with the one side of it all now! The casing to the right can be sent in for clean ups!

That's Why They Are Tough!

Well they are sensitive but this is why they are extremely hard to actually break mechanically! They've got massive gears! Those gears don't tend to break that easily! It'll take a lot of punishment for them to be torn and worn off!

Yeahp that is why a DSG is such a powerfull thing! Imagine the instant torque that those gears can take in a split second! I'd say quite insane! Built for those pullaways!!

Another Benefit Of Looking Before Doing!

I almost destroyed this plastic tubing that pumps oil in the casing! Oh dang and those you wont get as a loose part from Audi or VW! Absolutely not!

Glad I saw those! I should forever remember that!
