TO GIVE IS TO RECEIVE.

I have always had this hunger to make people’s dreams come to pass. I see giving and gifting as a means to receive because putting a smile on the face of your family or friend automatically puts a smile on your face too. I have seen people around me wish and pray for a particular need which would be of great impact to their lives. Having the ability to gift five people as a Santa for a day would be a dream come true for me and this five individuals I would be mentioning below.

MY DAD
Yes! My Dad is definitely not missing out from the gifting as a Santa. My Dad is a radiographer and all his life he has always wished to have a brand new x-ray machine. As a Santa for a day, I will be gifting my dad a brand new x-ray machine seeing that he has never had one in his life. Moreover he was duped the very first time he tried buying a new x-ray machine for his private center. This really crashed his hopes of ever having an x-ray machine. I surely know that he would make good use of that machine, this would enable him save lives in my society.

CHIKE MY NEIGHBORS SON
Having the opportunity to put a smile on chike’s face has always been my priority. Chike is from a poor home, and his parents are just struggling to feed the family. CHIKE always comes to my house to sometimes eat and ride my brother’s bicycle. He has been like a junior brother to me, without thinking twice I would love to gift him a brand new bicycle. He has always looked forward to getting a bicycle at a very early stage, unfortunately his parents aren’t buoyant enough to get him one. Gifting him a bicycle will be greatly appreciated by him.

JENNIFER MY SISTER
My sister is another person that would benefit from my one day role As Santa clause. At the moment she doesn’t have a laptop for her project, because her laptop was stolen few months ago. My parents has refused to buy her another one because there are other responsibilities to take care of. Being able to gift her a brand new laptop will really help her to stop going to the cyber cafe to type her project.

ANDREW MY FRIEND/COURSEMATE
Another person to gifted is Andrew. Andrew and I have come a long way, and he deserves to be gifted a brand new generator. Andrew runs a photocopy business stand in my school. He photocopies our class material with his photocopying machine. He could only achieve this with electricity seeing that he doesn’t have a generator. Sometimes he has to wait for light to come before he could photocopy our materials. Gifting him a brand new generator will help establish his business.

PASTOR FRANCIS
My spiritual father and director would also be getting a car gift to his door step. He has been so selfless, even to a fault. He doesn’t have a car at the moment and he enters public transport to make it to church every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Gifting him a new car will help establish God’s ministry, because he could also use the car for evangelism. Also this would reduce his cost of transportation from his home to the church. A brand new car would go a long way for him.

I believe as a Santa, these dreams would come into reality. I also believe that givers never lack. Being a Santa for just a day with endless supply of Gifts would enable me fulfill these wishes.
