Beach portraiture of Daphne

Hello again everyone in this awesome community. How are you guys doing? I hope all of you are having a great day. Its been a busy week for me. Some work had to be done during my outstation and lots of meeting was done during last week. We will be going to organize few events for next month.

For today's series, I took this photo during our visit to a resort named Beringis Resort, we went here for a pre wedding photoshoot. I arrived on the resort early in the morning. As for the morning session the videographer was doing his video shooting while I helped him for his behind the scene shoot. While we tour around the resort for a video footage, I took some of my time to scout the place for photos. The video shooting session was done nearly at eleven o'clock. We stopped a little bit late because of some footage was repeated for few times. After we finished the video session we took a long break. We went to find food for lunch and we bought food for our couple and the makeup artist.

While waiting for them to finished their food and proceed for the next session which was my photo session, I took the time to get some rest and charge my phone and update some instagram story and facebook status. Replied all the whatsapp group chat and share some behind the scene photo into my photography group.

While waiting for the sunset, we started a little bit early and took some shoot around the resort. The photoshoot started around four o'clock and finished at five thirty in the evening. The weather was good but w cannot get the sunset because of the sky was full with clouds. The sun was totally blocked from the sea view. This was when I took some of my time asking for Daphne to pose on the beach and took some of her portrait. The sky was overcast and it has a very flat light. Above was one of the early result of her portrait. I tried a new method on editing the photos. I was trying to make it softer and with a washed out colors. I liked the look of the photo but I think I need to improve some of the editing part on this type of technique in the future.
