Sandy Point Beach

Good Morning and happy Saturday I hope your weekend is goign well

Today I will share a few shots of a visit to Sandy Point Beach in Portsmouth Rhode Island around sunrise one morning

I was in Portsmouth to see an Endontic Oral surgeon, and i was awake early and couldnt relax so headed out and visited a few spots filling in time before my appointment

My first stop was a spot called McCorrie Beach and I was not so impressed by it, or it could have just been my mood with my mind on heading to the Dentist, I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to dentist i get so stressed out, even just for an examination or cleaning let alone having a root canal done.
I havent edited the shots from the first spot yet, but I did like Sandy Point beach its a nice spot

Heres a shot as I was walking in from the car park , wasnt a glorious sunrise that morning but some nice colors on the horizon and the temp wasnt to cool that morning so it was a pleasant walk

and here I am on the beach itselfit doesnt show it well here but the beach curves around and goes further this way

and this is walking around that way, a spot of a more rocky beach shoreline

and then a somewhat more sandy beach, sone boats anchored out inthe water and one on the beach as you can see

and as I walked back from that point heading back to my car looking bakc over the vegetation towards the water
