Same tree on different days

Same tree on different days

Good Morning, I hope all is well with you and that you have a good day

I haven't been out for a sunrise walk for a few days, bone of the last sunrise walks I did was by the Boat Ramp here in New Bedford, and i was editing a few of the photos from that walk this morning and as I always do ast this spot i took some photos of a tree there, and I thought to myself

Myself I said... why not look through your folders for other shots of this tree on different days and in different seasons and do a post focused just on that tree

Well I listened to myself and found a few and hence this post came to be

I think this shot was from back in spring when the tree was showing some new growth after a few months bare.

The tree still with only partial new growth but with a lovely colorful sunrise for a backdrop

This one is more recent, within the last month, not from the most recent walk as when I got to the shots of the tree and thought about this post, I stopped editing the photos and found the shots for this post

Now i can imagine you saying why not just edit one from the recent walk and add it to this post, well thats because editing for me is not a quick one click process, for my early morning shots once ther eis the light of the sunrise starting to come up, I tend to do a lot of three shot photos one at normal exposure, one under exposed and one over exposed.
the first step of processing is merging those three shots together, which catches a good range fromthe brights to darks, and i tend to do the merging of all the shots from one walk before i get around to editing the photos.

and as I was in the merging phase of my process, i stopped for now to prepare this post

now the tree is bare again but I still think it has a cool shape and character

and I thought to slip in a Mono edit to finish off the post

And that’s all folks

Very cool idea! What do they do with the tents near the tree? Was there a special event there or something? Looks like in the one they had an extra tent set up.

Oh wow, that is cool. I like places that create additional spaces like that.

Greetings friend, an excellent initiative of the tree, I have tried to do it with some birds that visit my yard, it is a complicated task but worth the effort, greetings and have a nice day.
