MOno Monday from some recent walks

Mono Monday from some recent walks

Good Morning, I hope you had a good weekend and wishing you a good week ahead, will bea quiet weak for me in that for the first time for ages this week neither me or my wife have doctors appointments ;)

as I tend to do on MOndays I am sharing a few mono images this week all from recent walks.

Its great to be getting out with my camera again, all these photos are taken with my tamron 17-28mm lens for a couple of reasons one for most of thes elocations its the lens I use most, and secondly I am still keeping my camera bag light and only taking the camera and one lens, I did once for a visit to the zoo which I am not sure why I mention it as I am not sharing any photos from that walk, went with two lens, one being my slightly heavier 50-400mm lens, and I felt the extra weight around when I had the surgery and from that decided not ready for that just yet.

In fact I have some swelling in my stomach around where the surgery was, not sure if thats normal or not, for the most part its not painful so giving it a bit more time before I decide if I need to get it checked out by the Dr partially as I said earlier finally this week we have no medical appointments lOL

OK enough waffling onto the photos

Starting with this shot at the port

This is a small cruise ship that I believe travels along the coast of New England, something I would be intersting in doing sometime, but my wife would never want to do that she has a fear of boats and would not enjoy it

Next up on Popes Island the swing bridge open

Good morning dear friend @tattoodjay
You're right not to carry too much weight on your walks, especially since you've just had surgery. I hope the swelling you have near the surgery is nothing.
Beautiful shots, I love the monochrome shots
Have a happy week

Those are some great pics. Don’t wait too long to see the doctor. While it could just be scar tissue, it could also be something else. Get it checked out please.

haha go with that vibe... call the doctor next week

Love the mono shots. My favorite is the swing bridge. Such a good subject for black and white.
