Good Morning, wishing all who venture this way to read my post a good day and a good weekend ahead

I am sure as I mostly share photos on nice days that some may have the misconception that its always nice here or that I only go out walking on nice days with potential for a beautiful sunrise, but todays post is to show I do go out on days that are not so nice and photogenic, such as foggy grey and moody days which these photos will show.

I do try to get out for a walk every morning unless it is raining, or just to cold for me, which for sure with winter approaching I am show there will be more days I will be stuck at home like a hermit

let me start with this shot in Buttonwood Park here in New Bedford one morning, it was actually a nice warm morning but a good fog all around and kind of misty, I had to keep wiping the moisture off my lens between shots, I didn't take a lot of shots that morning but got a good walk in around the park

now down the port I love visiting on foggy mornings it can lead to some cool and moody shots

and this next shot is from a visit to Fort phoenix Reservation in Fairhaven a short drive from where I live a grey moody day again but nice for walking

And a place I walk often Fort Rodman/Fort Tabor park, this morning could not even see the end of this pier

It's pretty sunny here today, but I have had my fair share of drives to work in conditions like this. Great shots! I really love the first one. The deep greens really give it some character.

That's a beautiful morning! I love the fog personally. It's been awhile since I've been to Massachusetts, but it is a beautiful place. I don't miss the east coast winters though!

I really like the photo of the pier, mysterious, you wonder what's at the end of it all.
I'm reassured that I'm not the only one who goes into "hermit mode" during the winter 😀

Fog makes for great mood in photos. I think the best is the pier with lights. The pier looks like it goes on into infinity.

Thank you so much for letting us know that wonderful winter gift. Very nice photography done. A thin pillar is visible from a distance. It is visible from the side of it and it is also visible in this fog. Very happy to see this photography is really nice. The floating drink and the scene between the dogs is very nice. It seems that birds sit and rest there. I always appreciate your wonderful photography. I respect your excellent skills. My respect and love to you and your family.
