Cisco Breweries art

Cisco Breweries art

In my recent Market Friday post I shared some photos of the outside area at the Cisco Restaurant, and I am back there again today for this post.

The outside area is all packed away now closed for winter, but they have this concrete blocks they use to tie down a tent/Marquee they have setup during the warmer months, they have caught my eye before but previously there was always things in the way making it hard to get photos of them, with everything packed up, i could now get shots of them

The concrete blocks unpainted would be so plain and an eye sore perhaps, but I think there pretty cool with this small nautical theme paintings on them

Starting with a whales tail

OK I said nautical, well clearly thats not the case with this one, but it does fit in with a restaurant location I guess

I am not sure what its meant to be in the middle I guess some kind of fruit with artistic flare

And back with a nautical theme, someone sailing out on the water at sunset

and duh I remember what that circle shape is now i think its a take on the cisco breweries logo

not something you would want to come across while swimming a shark, but cool on this, but with no eyes I think it make sit mo9re ominous

If that's the logo then it appears to be in all of them, as waves or flashes of light I think. All brilliant!

I really like the yellows and oranges of the one with the sailboat. I think it is pretty cool that they have taken something with such utility and turned it into something beautiful. I can see why they caught your eye. Thanks for sharing this with us!

Just think - people have painted concrete blocks! It looks very nice and elegant.
Why do I not see such a manifestation of creativity in my country? In order to make such drawings, you need to get permission from the city administration.
But I can lie a little now. These blocks are private property, probably, and we would be allowed to draw similar drawings. The main thing is that it does not look like agitation for peace, against war.

yes as its a private owned business and they approved the art not problem with city rules on art
