My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2019 Sun in the sticks

I don't mind a grey damp

I do not mind a damp grey day so much when its a workday and I m going to be stuck in the office or most of the day, and that was the case today at least the times I had to walk between buildings it was only light drizzle and not so bad and for sure not bad enough for me to feel the need to use an umbrella ☔️ unlike so many others who feel the need to use them if there is even a hint that of rain in the future, but I have ranted about that before so I will stop there.
Managed to get my steps in that I wanted and a few developments on the work front made for a good day Nd hoping tomorrow will be even better :)

Now I normally try to share a shot taken recently with my phone that somehow ties into my days walk photos but today I couldn't think of a shot that fitted and I am dog tired, I normally get a nap on the train into the city as I was busy with work emails, but on a subject I was excited about so not complaining and I may say more about that and a change coming up hopefully to be confirmed this week, that plus having to do some running around before heading home this evening I didn't have much time to look for and edit shots to add, so just one camera shot from yesterdays morning walk.

This was a shot I planned while first at the beach and waited for the sun to rise and be in just the right position to get the shot

I am not sure if its not as good as I want or just my eyes are tired LOL

Random shots during my walks today

A few shot while out walking today not a lot of color or light today but not cold so good for walking ta least

This shot had so little color so I went with a mono Edit, this is looking across first Ave tot he UNited Nations Headquarters buildings

This next shot is looking up Trump tower on First Ave also, the top of I disappearing into the low clouds, this is not a MOno edit this i the shot as taken

And a bit more color in this shot of. NYPD truck doing some work, at first Ithought they were doing something in the tree maybe res using a cat, but no the guy in the cherry picker seemed to be working on some box mounted ona street light

It is a easy system. You hold CC on your wallet use the #CC in your article and your main article commenters get a cc for their comment. The CC is not from your wallet, we spend him. For this "problem" we incrase the amount of minimum 10 CC you need to use the function. Hope this will help a little bit. :-)

Your first photograph is my favorite and what I call total WOW shot, Jay! The perfect positioning of the sunrays radiating and extending over what look like crucifixes to me make me want to title it "Hallelujah!"🙌

That would be a good title for it, this is just one of the shots I did of the sun with these and other posts, I just did a quick edit, I will see what the other ones come out like when I get tot hem and I may use your idea for a title :)

That first shot is outstanding. But I like the one with the clouds on the top of the building too.
Of course all the rest are awesome. 😀
It seems we will have grey day with rain but like you being stuck in the office I could not care less. 😀

The first shot is gorgeous - shot at the right moment and at the right place 😊 and this Trump tower which disappears in the clouds is an amazing photo.

Thanks Kindly my friend I walked up and back the beach taking similar shots at different spots, picked this one for. Quick edit and share last night will get to the other sometime

And i love looking up buildings on days like that where they disappear into the clouds

Maybe tonights post I took some shots of the fall color skin the city near my office today with my phone, so I may have to quickly edit a couple of shots taken with my camer to start tonights post with

LOL Funnily enough there was not long after i took this shot there was this old gentleman who was very chatty and has lived by this beach for 46 Years I think he said who was telling me the best spots for shots and even suggested one like this one, he was a nice guy though and I suspect lonely and wanted to chat so I didn't tell him I had already taken a shot like that :)
