A moody Monday mono post since its Halloween eve
Good Morning
Well tomorrow is Halloween here and although I am not one for celebrating it or putting out any decorations, I thought for my usual Monday Mono post this week I would go with some moody perhaps eerie images that some may see as fitting for Halloween
Starting with this shot of the site where they are building Wind Turbines to be installed out on the coast somewhere.
Now I will say before the photo the lightning is fake, or should I say created using the AI feature in photoshop where i selected the sky and asked it to add lightning, now I think they look fake as they are not reflected in the water.

I could have done further editing to make it look more real and add reflections on the water, but i decided not to as I wanted it to be clear that the lightning was added, not something i will do using the AI feature in Photoshop often or maybe ever again, I really prefer to show in my photos what I actually saw.
Nest up was a moody morning, and I took this shot as I was walking up onto the Cove walk on top of the hurricane barrier wall, I thought i could get a good walk in before the rain started, i got about two thirds of the way along the cove walk and it started pouring down, put my camera in my bag to keep it dry but i got soaked making it back to my car.

and now at the port, a foggy morning and this is the American star a cruise ship that travels along the New England coast

Those could perfectly be photos taken from the walking dead. Very moody.
The lighting is so realista and gives the photo so much drama! Nice one. I have never used the AI tool from photoshop. Can't wait to play with it.

That first pic is such a blast. I have always dreamed of catching a thunder but so far haven't managed to achieve that.
I have only caught thunder once myself, and that first photo the lightning was added in photoshop
its a matter of finding a safe spot to be in a thunderstorm that has stopped me getting more
How incredible is the shot with the lightning bolts. And all the shots have some drama, but I like the shot with the boat and the lightning the most
