The Attacks On Tesla Keep Coming And From The Ones Trying To Copy Tesla
They say copying is the greatest form of flattery.
When it comes to Tesla, it gets blasted from all directions. However, it is very interesting to see the ones doing most of the attacking trying to duplicate what Tesla is doing.
In this video I discuss how from gigacastings to over the air updates, other manufacturers are trying to replicate Tesla, without success. Yet, they keep trying to duplicate it while saying how all the company is doing is wrong.
A very interesting dynamic.

The comparison made between the European, China and Japanese is educating. Before now, I didn't have in-depth knowledge about this but I believe as I keep following your feed the reverse will be the case.
There is a lot to it. We are seeing divides taking place among the different regions.
China is all in on EVs and, appears, to be doing well. Japan isnt even in the game really and the Europeans look to be in trouble. VW, the biggest fish, is having issues.
The issues about VW, what is it all about?
Losing ICE sales in China which is really detrimental. That means they are having profits reduced there, money they need for the building of the EV division. They also are cutting EV production meaning they are going to lag in that race.
This definitely gives china the upper hand on EV
It is the largest car market that is why it is so important.
Thank you so much Sir for your insightful feedback
Summary:
In this video, Task discusses the challenges faced by traditional European automakers in the face of Tesla's dominance and innovation in the electric vehicle (EV) market. He highlights how Tesla's innovative technologies like gigacasting manufacturing, over-the-air updates, software development, and charging stations have put European automakers on the defensive. The analysis delves into how legacy automakers are struggling to keep up with Tesla's advancements, predicting that they will continue to fall behind.
Detailed Article:
Task starts by discussing how Tesla's gigacasting manufacturing process has put traditional automakers on the back foot, with Toyota being one of the manufacturers looking to adopt this approach. He mentions Herbert Diess from Volkswagen acknowledging Tesla's superiority and expressing his company's inability to compete.
The focus then shifts to the European auto industry facing challenges similar to what happened to the Australian auto industry, which has now become defunct. Task emphasizes the significant impact Tesla is making in Europe, outperforming other automakers and registering substantial growth year-over-year, further highlighting the European automakers' struggles in the EV market.
The conversation delves into the dynamics of the Chinese EV market and how legacy automakers are facing decline, especially those primarily dealing with internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. Task highlights the success of Chinese company BYD in Europe and the challenges European automakers face in blocking Chinese competition.
Task mentions the decline of Japanese automakers in China, particularly Honda and Toyota, while noting that European automakers, such as VW, are also facing a downturn. He underscores the importance of the Chinese market, being the largest in the world, and how losing ground in China could be detrimental to European automakers.
Shifting focus to the US market, Task acknowledges the strong presence of European luxury automakers like Audi, Mercedes, and BMW, alongside Tesla, especially in the premium automobile segment. He also touches on Tesla's pricing strategy and mentions the Cybertruck as a potential disruptor for traditional American truck manufacturers.
The analysis wraps up with Task pointing out how legacy automakers are struggling to match Tesla's innovations such as over-the-air updates, software development, and charging networks. He emphasizes that despite their efforts to keep pace, traditional automakers are continuously falling behind, highlighting the uphill battle they face in the rapidly evolving EV market.
