It seems many (if not most) in #crypto think they are traders. Any wonder why the masses get REKTed?
If trading was as easy as it appears, everyone would be making bank. The stock market has seen millions of accounts blown up by people who thoughts they could trade like a pro, only to lose their money.
Crypto seems to follow a similar path. If you know what you are doing, it can be a successful endeavor. Most, however, are not putting in the time to learn the craft.

I for one do not consider myself a trader. More like a cryptocurrency earner.
A big difference between the two.
after you earn it what do you do with it?
Invest & Spend, I guess...
Nice, what you invest with it?
HODLing, mostly... I think $LEO price will shot up eventually, so I'm putting more into that recently.
Think oneself pro means ready to suffer loss😅. I think nobody should be overconfident when it comes to crypto.
Trading is like one of those things anyone can jump into and many do without education, learning and knowledge. Makes the game better for those that do, kind of like a pick up poker game, but with a market of crypto coins.
I tried it, and failed, it’s a hard nerve wrecking skill! I will stick to stacking and holding…
assim mesmo mano. Faco a mesma coisa com a minha moedas de crypto.
You are right, Task
People only focus on the few who hit it rich and not the ones who lose everything.
Excellent thread!

They have 15/20 DOOK left to drop today.
Learn all about this shit in the toilet paper! 💩
Very true. As they say, if it were easy, everyone would be doing it.
Think about it, why would anyone work a job if it were easy to make money trading?
Too many people focus on trying to get rich quick instead of trying to focus on building a long term money making skillset.
I am a full time trader, but it took YEARS to start making a consistent living.
Right you are, @thelogicaldude
I have known a few people like yourself who really struggled until they were consistent at their trading.
People only see the win.

I can't tell you how many times I have 'quit' trading, lol. But once I realized what I did wrong, and calmed down a bit, I was able to look at it in a logical sense and really learned it's one of the best ways for a free man to make money!

Too many people want to be given the fish instead of learning. I have been figuring this out the hard way with trying to actually teach people how to trade. The problem is too many people are gambling instead of treating it like a business. I have put the work in and busted my ass to get from basically nothing to not only trading my own money full time, but other people's as well, and fucking killing it for them if I don't say so myself.
Without a doubt. They think it is easy money.
Trading is the simplest thing in the world. It is also the hardest to be successful at.
It requires mastery over oneself and emotions...something most fail at especially when money is involved.
YES! Controlling emotions and risk management are the 2 keys to this game. Took me several years and a lot of money lost to figure it out. But that is called market tuition, and we all have to pay it!
Once I got out of my own way, I started making consistent money to the point that this is now my full time income!
Ego is the problem. People think the world centers around them. The market doesnt care about you or anyone else. Amazing how people take it personal and think they can outsmart the market.
Have your trading plan and stick to it. Discipline, something many lack, is key.
Yep, agree 100%
The market doesn't realize you exist as a retail trader, it's a natural flowing neutral beast. Just like riding a river. You can go with the flow or you can die, it's your choice on which way you paddle the boat, lol.
Not me I HODL. I was doing the saving thing but pulled out when the 20% went to 15%. I treat that like my dividends from stocks and ETF. Cut the divies and I am out. Plus, CptSilva account is dead. I'm a ghost now. Until!
Oh ya I almost forgot phuck the TE. 😜
