I think whoever wins, Gensler is out. In the Philippines, a lot of high ranking appointed officials get replaced when a new President is elected. Trump will definitely get his own guy in there if he wins. As for after Harris wins, I think she would also replace him because his decisions on fast moving technology have been very slow.
