HBD As A Currency In Second And Third World Countries
Those in the developed nations overlook a major point when it comes to currencu.
In this video I discuss how HBD solves this for people in nations such as Venzuela, Cuba, Nigeria and a host of other countries with lagging economies.

100% agree, not enough people are in on it. Once I fix up my personal finances I will be getting back to stacking HBD. It served me really well previously and the 20% APY is a game changer
How is 20% sustainable though?
It's not a permanent or fixed rate. It works for now as long as Hive is growing quickly and as long as the total amount in savings isn't very large. Longer term it will likely have to be reduced, but I still expect it to be able to pay an attractive rate for a long time (though no guarantees).
Completely agree, Im Venezuelan and we started to use USD first, then we switched to stablecoin and USD (cash) because they were easier to get and save (we cannot have a us bank account), and right now, Im using HBD more often than other stablecoin because I don't trust BUSD anymore... Im in bogota now and I accept HBD in my restaurant, because I can treat it like USD in cash, but sadly not many people know about stablecoins and that makes me be one of the early adopters of this new tech that Im sure that will be more and more usable in the future.
One bit thing is that I didn't move from Venezuela to Colombia wit cash for more than obvious reasons, I went out with stablecoins that I was spending until I got a new source of income, and that's something that give A LOT of value to crypto in general.

With all this stable coins been attacked by SEC potentially some ppl will start using HBD more than other stable coins, ppl are still to scare of crypto volatily besides that its not regulated, I have been thinking that this regulation charade can keep up for years just for them to keep ppl out of crypto, to try to stop adoption, its just a matter of time for ppl to discover HBD potential, thx for sharing ✌️
I think people in those countries should use HBD between them for trade.
