The Supreme Court came out with a decision last week which has gotten many in the crypto world excited. It trimmed back the authority the agencies of the executive branch has.
In this video I discuss what took place and how this is encouraging for crypto. There is still a lack of clarity surrounding crypto but companies that are targeted do have some protection now.

Don't know why he seems anti crypto.
I've seen a lot of posts that didn't like a lot of these decisions. Some were saying how it is going to be bad for consumers' safety. Seeing that it can be good for crypto gives it a little bit of silver lining.
