Recently, I have shared with you the importance of proper card selection in the battle according to the rulesets in this post, which is crucial in the game Glimpse of the Prior-battle knowledge for Splinterlands battle success! I discussed the effective ways to collect more loot chests within a short period of time. In this post, I have mentioned one strategy of playing like robots which can be very effective in some cases (You can find details in that post) but there are some underlying issues that I have noticed frequently which I have addressed in that post.

This is my entry in the Weekly Battle Challenge with the Death MONSTER CURSED WINDEKU which is one of the BEST cards from the Death team in the game with a SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF HEALTH. Also, it has some excellent abilities such as the THORNS, SELF_HEALING, and SLOW for taking a significant role in winning a battle. This week I am going to talk about the amazing performance of this BEAST of the DEATH team CURSED WINDEKU in a very competitive battle that I have experienced today. It is my analysis and observation that buying of this card if you are a new player and limited investment amount will be an excellent idea. Such great monster is highly recommended by me if you ask for the suggestion or evaluation of this great monster!

The featuring DEATH MONSTER in this discussion is a fantastic card with the excellent number of HEALTH and abilities like THORNS, SELF-HEALING, and SLOW which make it a true beast in the battle! I can say that it is one of the best CHEAP DEATH card of RARE group among the new DEATH team of the CHAOS LEGION SET! And it is also one of the cheapest RARE to max out the level, but soon it will be gone crazy in price like the old cards! And the price will definitely increased in coming days due to it's use cases for being a useful MONSTER.

This card is an excellent card with a medium and high MANA matches which will cost you only 6 MANA with the amazing number of HEALTHs with a lot of MELEE ATTACKS and the amazing ability of THORNS at level 1!

I have chosen this card because of the following reasons-

• It has the excellent number of HEALTH with the excellent THORNS ability that will able to damage the MELEE attackers!

• This monster has an EXCELLENT number of MELEE attacks which is very helpful for any battle!

• It is one of the cheapest RARE available with a lot of abilities such as the THORNS, SELF-HEALING, and SLOW and It can be max out according to the league level very easily!

In this battle I have used the EARTH summoner which is one of my favorite THADDIUS BROOD which do excellent job by decreasing one MAGIC attack and one health of all the friendly monsters.

Let's dive into The Battle

My battle was a 29 MANA battle with the AIM TRUE and the REVERSE SPEED rulesets. And I have chosen my DEATH summoner THADDIUS BROOD (level 4) as my summoner. The decreasing MAGIC ATTACK will be very beneficial against most of the decks in Splinterlands!

My monster positions

As I expected the enemy team with the same DEATH team and I got the enemy TEAM with the DEATH RARE summoner THADDIUS BROOD which is a level 4 one also. In my monster line up I have chosen the monsters with a lot of health for the initial positions so that my other monsters can do a great job for destroying the enemy effectively. My team has significantly more attacks which is really a positive thing for the battle.

I have chosen the CHAOS RARE card CURSED WINDEKU as my primary TANK! as it is now cheap and it has a solid health with the significant number of MELEE attacks and anexcellent ability of Thorns so that the Melee attackers will get half attacks after attacking it**. As MANA cost is important issue here because of 29 MANA match and I am spending the MANA with the solid reason and this monster is an amazing monster.

My second monster is another great ** death MONSTER SHADOW SNITCH** with its excellent number of health nd some amazing ability of REACH which make this monster an excellent TEAM MEMBER in any match!

My third monster is the DEATH MONSTER SILENT SHA-VI and this is a very useful card due to low MANA cost and good number of health with amazing ability of Sneak with a significant number of MELEE ATTACKS!

My fourth monster is the DEATH MONSTER the VENARI BONESMITH with its excellent number of health with the amazing ability of POISON which make this monster an excellent TEAM MEMBER in any match!

My fifth monster is an amazing DEATH monster with 3 MANA cost is the "SOU STRANGLER" which has an excellent number of RANGE attacks!

My sixth and the final monster is the NEUTRAL monster with only 3 MANA cost is the "URAEUS" which has an excellent number of HEALTH and MELEE attacks. And also the great ability of SNEAK which is making this beast to absorb a lot of SNEAK ATTACKS!

My battle

When I saw the same TEAM with the DEATH summoner with a level 4, I was confused about the victory of the match and the match was very exciting till the end! But the low level monsters and wrong selection of the enemy team make the battle to win.

My main TANK did excellent job with a tons of HEALTH and sustained till the end of round 1!

Also, I have more attacks than the enemy as they have one monster without any attacks. The selection of my monsters is the region behind my winning of this battle. At the end of round 1, enemy's main 2 TANKs is almost dying!

I have also lost 1st monster at the end of 1st Round!

Round 2
I almost lost 2nd TANK and I have killed the all monsters of the enemy team!

At round 2 I won the match which was very exciting one!

Most importantly, now all the new players can afford this excellent DEATH MONSTER with the excellent number of HEALTHS and abilities at an affordable cost. And this card can be a great card for any league level in Splinterlands game!
