I found something new related to Hive blockchain

I am here with some new #hive stuff for everyone. I know a lot of you must be aware of this thing but for me it's new.

It is something known as Dlease from where we can lease #delegation of #hivepower or even give it to others as well. I saw there that a person is giving 20% Apr on #hp delegation.

I am not sure about what is the average #APR but when I traveled below I realized that majority were offering around 9-10% APR. That means 20 is quite high number and if you have 500 hive power you can earn 5.4 #hive from them.

I wonder what might be the reason that this guy is paying twice of that the normal APR for hive power. Is it because of the #bull-run is so close and we all want to earn more and more #hive.

So this was the new thing on #hive now I have some question about this platform named #dlease. Is this official hive platform and can I trust it and use it? I have not used it for not being sure about this.

If you have used this app or platform then maybe drop a #review about it so that I can take some delegation for myself. I am so excited in case this is a safe delegation service platfrorm.
