SUP ROWING - New Experiences Allow Me To Learn More About Myself
Hello guys. How are you today?
Yesterday was a Sunday as well as International Labor Day, a major holiday celebrated around the world. Every year on May 1, workers all over the world come together to celebrate International Labor Day. This is a watershed moment in the history of Vietnam and the world. May 1 is celebrated as a day of victory, expressing determination to complete the new task and expressing solidarity with workers in other countries. May 1 is also a day to honor the labor movement, the fight for peace, democracy, and social progress.
Everyone, students and non-students alike, has had meaningful holidays in their unique way. My friends and I have also devised an excellent plan for this event. We decided to participate in a new and challenging sport, sup rowing, which I believe is quite familiar to international friends.
What is sup rowing?
SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) stands for stand-up paddleboarding. Paddleboarding is also known as "standing paddleboarding," or "paddleboarding." SUP rowing originated in Hawaii in the 1900s and is now popular all over the world due to its simplicity and convenience. To be able to move steadily on the water, you don't need to know how to swim. Instead, master some basic rowing techniques.
In addition to standing and sitting, you can kneel, lie relaxed on the board, combined with yoga, or go fishing, as long as the paddle is used to move the board. As a result, SUP rowing is not only a fun activity but is also an excellent form of exercise for people of all ages.
This sport's paddleboard is also made from a variety of materials, but the most popular in Vietnam today is the inflatable SUP. You can confidently conquer the water with a backpack full of paddleboards, pumps, and accessories.
Benefits from Sup Rowing
Sup rowing is an excellent way to unwind after a long day at work. You will undoubtedly feel comfortable and relaxed amid the scenery of the sky, clouds, waves, water, and fresh air.
Furthermore, regular SUP rowing will help you maintain a healthy and toned physique. This is a sport that requires balance and coordination of movement between the hands, legs, waist, and hips.
In addition, when combined with yoga movements on the board, you will create an extremely interesting nature yoga space to test your balance and train your ability to stay calm.
First-time sup paddle experience
During our camping trip with our friends, there were a few of us who had experienced this sensation before. However, this is the first time in my life that I have participated in sup rowing.
Before stepping onto the sup, I was taught how to paddle sup by the English teacher, who was also the outing's key person. I was initially nervous because I was unfamiliar with swimming and assumed it would be a significant challenge for me. However, you do not need to know how to swim to participate in this sport. I was shown how to hold the paddle, sit on the sup, and control the direction of the sup. My companion and I paddled out into the middle of the lake after about 5 minutes of listening to the instructions.
I wake up at 5 a.m to prepare for my adventure. My friends rowed yesterday afternoon, but since it was my turn to be dark, I had to wait until morning. But it's also a fantastic opportunity for me because I can paddle sup and watch the sunrise. The sun seems to be so close to me.
I particularly love sup rowing because it is easy to haul around and the wind makes rowing that much more natural.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
