Saturday, February 1st – A New Month, A Continued Commitment

Today marks the first day of the month, and I’m starting it the same way I ended the last—by staying committed to a cleaner environment. After my workout, I took time to pick up litter along my usual route, collecting discarded wrappers, plastic bottles, and other waste into my waste bag. It’s a routine that has become second nature to me, a small yet impactful way to contribute to a cleaner and healthier space.
Once my bag was full, I disposed of it properly into a bucket, knowing that every small action adds up. It’s a reminder that keeping our surroundings clean isn’t just a one-time effort but a continuous responsibility.
