breathing - yeah! it really helps much. and the control over your body posture and movements mean much by the way as well. When we need to calm down, we should move slower, then the body will send necevssary signals to the brain, and it will take the situation easier. Brain and body connection is an interesting topic for studying;)

That makes sense moving slower helps calm us down! It gets us out of the fight or flight mode most likely!
