I love this approach of solving one problem at a time. When we are overloaded with problems, it's always a great idea to group them in terms of importannce and solve them one at a time. Not everything is your fault and it's not your job to solve everything.

Mindfulness can be really helpful, I've done it a couple of times. I like the experience of detaching ourself from our thoughts and just observing without reacting. Great post!
