For those who liked Mad Max Fury Road this is, at times, just as amazing and even better than that film, but I also have to say that it plays in another league. The film follows the life of Furiosa for fifteen years, which will not only make us know more about the character with ups and downs in the film, but it will also introduce us to a world that although it has already been introduced, it has never been explored and this film takes its time to exploit that post apocalyptic world building that is Mad Max, making the saga go much more towards fantasy than science fiction, with a beautiful production design, a "races" and a culture as abysmal as the mind of its creator George Miller. Because of this the movie can be long, and it is understandable when someone says "such a movie has half an hour to spare", the same I say with some movies, but half an hour less of all that imagery that is Furiosa would be a crime to humanity.

Para quienes les gustó Mad Max Fury Road esto es, a veces, tan increíble e incluso mejor que esa película, pero también tengo que decir que juega en otra liga. La película sigue la vida de Furiosa durante quince años, lo que hará no solo que sepamos más del personaje con subidas y bajadas de ritmo en la película, sino que también nos planteará un mundo que aunque ya ha sido presentado, nunca ha sido explorado y esta película se toma su tiempo en explotar esa construcción del mundo post apocalíptico que es Mad Max, haciendo que la saga vaya mucho más hacía la fantasía que a la ciencia ficción, con un diseño de producción hermoso, unas “razas” y una cultura tan abismal cómo la mente de su creador George Miller. Debido a esto la película se puede hacer larga, y es comprensible cuándo alguien dice “a tal película le sobra media hora”, lo mismo digo yo con algunas películas, pero media hora menos de toda esa imaginería que es Furiosa sería un crimen para la humanidad.

I certainly hope the Mad Max saga continues to expand, but I also don't mind if it stays just the way it is. Furiosa's story is amazing and I'm sure in this huge world they could make a story about anything and it could work, however, they've already made one of the best revenge movies of the twenty-first century, so I can't complain if George Miller decides to leave his love child, the Mad Max saga, like this. What I can complain about is that it didn't do so well at the box office, but now the internet is giving it a second chance, and I want to do my bit by fiercely recommending one of the best blockbusters of the year.

Sin duda, espero que la saga Mad Max siga expandiéndose, pero tampoco me molesta si queda justo cómo está. La historia de Furiosa es asombrosa y estoy seguro de que en este inmenso mundo podrían hacer una historia sobre lo que sea y podría funcionar, sin embargo, ya han hecho una de las mejores películas de venganza del siglo veintiuno, así que no me puedo quejar si George Miller decide dejar su hijo querido, la saga Mad Max, así.
