The modern state differs from early state because it regulate and control everything existing in the society.Although they have much capacity to do it or not but they will still do it. On the name of censorships, nationalism, national security and security threats many applications are getting banned.

I agree to a certain kind of censorship which is Under 18 experience. For kids and children, every app should have under 18 experience so that kids are children are not exposed to harsh content. Moreover, To make sure that their kids are doing right with electronic gadgets, Parents should be alert and keep an eye on their kids and children. In this way, We can give a better digital understanding to kids and to children.

When a person reaches the age of 18 or onwards then he becomes mature and sensible person. At that age, he knows what's bad for him and what's not. Also it's time for him to set direction for himself and to learn living by lessons of the world. Because at that time a person become rebellious and daring to many things.

Result Of Censorship

Just a couple of days back a digital content creator "Aun Ali Khosa" was abducted. He was kidnapped by some authorities( according to allegations). Allegations further claimed that he was abducted because of his viral song against the policies of government and anti government content. Actually, his content was getting famous in middle class and lower middle class section of the country because it was relatable to the situation of the country. His every video was a satire and posing questions on the democracy in the country. On the opposing side, Government is running fastly to ban social media platforms. On the name of censorship, authorities kidnapped him and after high backlash he returned to his home. It's power of social media. Social media cannot be put in cell.

Basic Communication & Firewall

Firewall is installed- it's a rumor which is widespread in the country. I don't know there is any reality into it or not? But all over in the country, we all are facing slow speed of internet. This slow speed internet is disturbing many industries. Basic applications for communication are under the spell of this slow internet. WhatsApp is taking mintues to deliver one single message. It's may be okay for all those people who are normal and who are not much connected on mobile phones. But on the other side, millions of freelancers, content creators, bloggers and vloggers are sitting idle because they are worried.

Plight Of Freelancers

Freelancers have released so many press conferences to reach their voices to authorities. They mentioned that they were living with online work and due to connectivity issues their life is stuck in limbo. They are finding no way to live. It's miserable. In response, government is just coming up with vague arguments and absurd explanations in which they are blaming usage of Virtual Private Network for the slow speed of internet.

Popular narratives are also claiming that firewall is installed on national level. This firewall is installed to stop anti state activities and to censor social media content.

Closing Lines

I just have one line to conclude this topic- "This whole Thing is Absurd". Government should know the worth of information technology sector and of freelancers.
