MonoAbandon - Poland 2016

avatar
(Edited)

I was in Poland in 2016 when I applied to PWSFTViT, a Film/TV/Theatre/Photo school. I really did seem to take a lot of photos of abandoned things that summer. Seems like there was a lot of that in Poland. One time I even had the police show up, but that is a story for another day.

this is my entry for the #monomad contest

I can see some of these old objects are there, in my area there is also a place like this former from an oil company that is no longer operating. good shot

I'm not sure 100 percent but I think it was some sort of centralized heating for the houses around the area... I know this is more common in Europe... Anyways it's always fun to explore these types of things, but have to be really careful as there can be unexpected dangers.

Honestly, it seems to me that from the set of photographs you show us, there are many things in Poland that are abandoned or have little use. Greetings and great work done by you friend

Thank you @hjrrodriguez! Yes that is indeed the case, there was a lot of abandoned things, stuff I didn't get to photograph, I wish to go back and explore some more.

It's all good, I don't mind hearing it :) I need all the reminders I can get, I have a whole MEGA LOAD of pictures that need to be posted, as well as ideas for future pics, I am developing a bit better of a routine and system to get it all out there! Thanks for browsing. Looking forward to your posts on here @onwugbenuvictor 😀
