Today's sharing my home made recipe.My mother was making this recipe .Then i thought to share this recipe with you all and then i helped with her to make this recipe.
And i hope you will like it and i want you must try this recipe😋
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
OIL (1 1/2 cup)
GINGER GARLIC PASTE (3 teaspoon)
SALT (3 tablespoon)
TURMERIC POWDER (1/2teaspoon)
RED CHILLI POWDER (1 1/2teaspoon)
GARAM MASALA
GREEN CHILLIES (3-4 medium)
CURRY LEAVES
POTATO LARGE CUBES (3-4 diced)
CHOPPED CARROTS (3-4 diced)
CHOPPED CAPSICUM (3-4 diced)
CHOPPED TOMATOES ( 2-3diced)
FINELY CHOPPED ONION (1medium)
RICE (1 KG)
"washed 2-3 times and then soaked"
- WATER (4 glass)
STEP OF COOKING:
Take a beaker and oil 11/2 cup in the beaker.When hot oil,so finely chopped onion put in,when onion is light brown so put in garam masala,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,hopped tomatoes,potato cubes,chopped carrots and capsicums,and add curry leaves.Then fry it for (2-3min).After roasting,add (4 glasses)of water to it.Add water and increase the heat of the stove.When the water boils add the rice(strain the water and then add the rice),and cook on high flame.Check it the rice of water dries up.See,that there is no rice soft and then cover it on low heat.simmer coo for (5-10 min) then switch off the stove...
