Meatball Indonesia
Good afternoon all friends in the Liketu community, today I will introduce one Indonesian meatball dish.
Meat balls known as "bakso" are popular in Indonesian cooking. Meatballs can also be prepared from poultry, pork, fish, shrimp, or even buffalo meat. Ground beef and tapioca flour are typically used in their preparation.
Meatballs have their origins in Chinese and Indonesian cuisine. This is demonstrated by the fact that the word "Bakso" derives from the Hokkien word Bak-So, which essentially means "ground meat." Since the majority of Indonesians are Muslims, halal meats like beef, fish, or poultry are more frequently used to make meatballs. Nowadays, Javanese from Wonogiri and Malang make up the majority of meatball vendors. Solo and Malang, also known as Bakso Malang, are locations that are well-known for being meatball hubs. Meatball dishes like Solo and Malang meatballs are typically paired with traditional Javanese dishes. Chinese meatballs are distinct from those found in Malang and Solo. Chinese meatballs are frequently made of pork or seafood, have a slightly tan color, and are not particularly spherical in form. Malang and Solo meatballs, however.
For all those who are interested in eating meatballs and have a hobby of eating meatballs, let's try the typical Indonesian meatballs.
