One Stop Integrated Service, hereinafter abbreviated to PTSP, is an integrated service in one unified process starting from the initial stage to the completion stage of court service products through one door based on the Decree of the Director General of Badilag number 1403.b/DJA/SK/OT.01.3/8 /2018.
OBJECTIVE
PTSP aims:
a. Realizing a simple, fast and low-cost justice process
b. Providing administrative services that are easy, certain, measurable and free from corruption to Service Users
c. Maintain the independence and impartiality of the Court apparatus
PRINCIPLE PTSP
is implemented with the principles:
a. Integration;
b. Coordination;
c. Efficiency;
d. Effectiveness;
e. Accessibility.
f. Transparency, and g. Accountability
SSCOP
The scope of PTSP covers all administrative services that fall under the authority of the Religious High Court and Religious Courts as regulated in the Decree of the Chairman of the Supreme Court Number 026/KMA/SK/II/2012 dated 9 February 2012 concerning Judicial Service Standards and other applicable laws and regulations.
