Hola amigos de hive y comunidad de #SWC, el dia de hoy 15/07/2024, les vengo a platicar un poco sobre mi entrenamiento de dinamicos o freestyle, bueno comencé calentando más que todo los hombros y comencé a entrenar los dinámicos hice algunos combos y salieron bien, hoy me toco entrenar en la barra alta ya que la barra mediana choco mucho los pies al momento de hacer un truco, bueno hice un combo en particular que no lo pude agarrar ya que falle el truco, pero si te caes te levantas con más fuerza y logre hacer el combo qué tenía planeado. Y bueno los dejo con las fotos.

Bueno aqui me encuentro yo realizando un swing360, un truco al cual le tengo mucho cariño y intentaba hacer swing360+molino o sol

Aqui me encuentro haciendo sol o molino, para ser sincero lo quiero mejorar y hacerlo mas bonito y estirado.

Aqui me encuentro haciendo 90° o 90 degree un estatico que aveces me cuesta un poco hacerlo, pero bueno eso fue todo mi entrenamiento de freestyle o dinamicos.
